Return Policy

1. Overview

At VINTYX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

2. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns requested after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion. Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • Original tags still attached
  • In original packaging where applicable
  • Free of stains, odors, pet hair, and damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or appear to be worn or damaged.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@vintyx.us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and a prepaid shipping label (for domestic U.S. orders).
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible.
  4. Attach the return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The timing may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).

6. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest resolution and guarantees availability.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@vintyx.us with photos and your order number. We will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund at your preference.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
