Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- During high-volume periods, product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected and delivery location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within United States. Additional restrictions may apply to certain regions or territories.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments.
- Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.
If your package is:
- Lost: Contact us and we will assist with filing a carrier claim when applicable.
- Stolen: Please contact the carrier and local authorities if necessary.
- Damaged: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

- Natural disasters
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- Incorrect customer information
- Other circumstances beyond our control
Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order will ship according to the estimated timeline provided on the product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise stated.
